  20.  It *does* get all your RAM.  But it uses at least the size of the kernel
  21. and yet _more_ for kernel-variables and allocated structures.

  23.  Have you ever counted the bytes when booting up an Amiga having support
  24. for TCP/IP, NFS, ISO9660, Multiuser (-fs), ftpd, telnetd, stty, MS-DOS-FS,
  25. virtual memory (and more)?  It will consume more mem than the 1.4MB you are
  26. telling us about :-)

  31.  Swap partitions is a tough part, I agree.  Otherwise, you should try to
  32. remove any SCSI or IDE stuff you don't need, as well as 040-stuff and all
  33. the filesystems you likewise dont have use for.
